ACHCU Academy offers the latest in healthcare education.

This annual in-person conference hosted by Accreditation Commission for Healht Care (ACHC) has educational tracks designed for administrators and directors in hospital administrationhospital facilities and hospital quality and leaders in home healthhospice, and compounding pharmacy.

Academy targets current and potential ACHC customers, plus education on compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, U.S. Pharmacopeia (USP) standards, and ACHC requirements, along with quality improvement and personnel development.

Overview

As apart of ACHC’s strategic initiatives and core value of providing an educational experience our goal is to encourage current ACHC accredited organizations in the acute care and community care programs to attend our live, in-person training event. The benefits include continued education credits, being prepared for accreditation and learning best practices from industry experts that have been in these healthcare settings.

Branding

I’ve had the privilege of shaping our brand identity for Academy. We carefully curated supporting imagery and secondary colors, influenced by our surroundings while maintaining the integrity of the core ACHC brand.

Our team crafted all branded collateral, from presentation templates to promotional items, ensuring each bore the mark of our brand’s essence. Every detail, down to the finest refinement of the ACHCU logo, was meticulously executed to meet our exacting standards and leave a lasting impression on our audience.

Mobile App

Our mission was clear: to create a user-friendly platform that seamlessly blends functionality with finesse. 

Our goal? To provide users with an intuitive experience, allowing them to easily browse and schedule courses within their track. And for our sponsors, we integrated direct CTAs and booth location features, ensuring their support was prominently showcased.

Website Design

Our main goal was to provide clear and simple information for attendees, potential participants, and exhibitors to sign up and take part in our event.

Every year, we’ve listened to feedback and improved the website. We added helpful features like a menu that stays at the top of the page and links that take you to different parts easily. We also made an interactive catalog where you can pick sessions by type or see them day by day. These changes were all about making things easier for everyone to find what they need and enjoy the experience more.

Video Media

We engaged with past academy attendees through in-depth interviews, meticulously filmed each event onsite, and curated captivating animated content for our video shorts.

Our goal? To encapsulate the vibrant energy and invaluable insights of these gatherings, compellingly showcasing their excitement and value to both prospective and returning academy participants.

Social Media

We used both videos and edited images to create content for our social media channels before, during, and after the event. Our goal was to build excitement and raise awareness. Our hashtag, #ACHCUAcademy, became a hot topic on LinkedIn.

The content included promotions featuring registration discounts, keynote speakers, and lively animated video clips.

Results

Through webinars, workshops, tools, conferences, and customized events—plus ongoing access to experts—ACHC continues to lead with education.
