ACHC offers a better experience for evaluating healthcare quality and invests in the success of organizations before, during, and after a survey with education, resources, and an exceptional focus on customer service.  After success and major company growth with acquisitions that added hospital, ambulatory surgery center, clinical laboratory accreditation and laboratory education brands to ACHC’s offering, the brand needed to be realigned.

ACHC Offers a Better Experience. 

With a team of designers and developers, I led this project from research to ideation and UI implementation. We completed customer surveys on the previous system and implemented updates to create an all-inclusive dashboard to access resources, education and important account updates. 

ACHC Offers More (Value) Collateral

With our communications team, we developed a catalog of collateral to support our updated brand, ACHC Offers More. In addition to freely accessible resources, ACHC provides flexibility and choice in contract development to include as much or as little a customer needs to be successful in achieving and maintaining accreditation for it’s 24,000 (and counting) accredited organizations.

ACHC Offers More Collaboration

ACHC partners with customers to develop new programs and resources to improve healthcare across the continuum of care. My team led a customer testimonial campaign using social media, a landing page and video interviews with our customers. 

 

ACHC Offers More Education

ACHCU is a division of ACHC that offers a variety of products, webinars, workshops and conferences for survey and healthcare education. I manage the product site and support campaigns to drive customers to sign up for upcoming events and new product releases.

Results
