ACHC offers a better experience for evaluating healthcare quality and invests in the success of organizations before, during, and after a survey with education, resources, and an exceptional focus on customer service. 

After acquisitions that added hospital, ambulatory surgery center, clinical laboratory accreditation and laboratory brands to ACHC, the brand needed to aligned to show providers we offered everything our biggest competitors offers, plus more.

Overview

ACHC repositioned it’s brand values to healthcare organizations as a relevant, educational, customer-focused accreditation experience, so that they can focus on providing safe, high-quality care to patients while meeting regulatory requirements and creating competitive advantage.

What does that mean? It means ACHC is an organization that works with you from the very first contact. You’ll have a team dedicated to your success beginning with a customer care representative and account advisor who work to understand your specific needs and direct you to relevant programs and resources.

Branding

We repositioned our messaging and visuals to communicate that ACHC is the preferred choice for healthcare accreditation and related services that focuses on supporting customer success through an educational, partnering approach in inpatient, outpatient, home-based, laboratory, and pharmacy settings across the United States and in selected international locations across the United States and in selected international locations. 

Our goal is to support customers so they can focus on and operate sustainable businesses that deliver the highest quality patient care in the constantly changing healthcare environment. 

Customer Portal

With a team of designers and developers, I led this project from research to ideation and UI implementation. We completed customer surveys on the previous interface and implemented updates to create an all-inclusive dashboard to access resources, education and important account updates to offer more to our current customers. 

Website Design

We’ve integrated the updated messaging and imagery of the ACHC Offers More campaign into our core pages. Additionally, we’ve created supplementary assets such as infographics and video shorts to reinforce the messaging.

Video Media

The production team was eager to emphasize ACHC’s premier accreditation experience. We conducted on-site visits to clients, interviewing their staff and filming their facilities to showcase how ACHC has significantly benefited them. Our commitment to supporting providers surpasses that of our competitors, evident throughout this process.

Social Media

To bolster our website enhancements and promote ACHC’s comprehensive offerings, we crafted social media posts aimed at heightening awareness regarding the significance of accreditation, substantiated by evidence. Our objective was to demonstrate to providers that we serve as more than mere “inspectors,” but rather, we strive to bring tangible value to their organizations.

Core Collateral

As our organization expands and introduces new programs, we’ve realized that a one-size-fits-all approach no longer suffices for our core collateral. To address this, we conducted informative sessions with our leadership team to identify pain points and devise a strategy for enhancing these collateral materials at a program level, tailored to the needs of our providers.

While ensuring that ACHC continues to offer comprehensive support, we’ve developed a single overarching piece that allows for the inclusion of program-specific inserts, ensuring relevance for each customer.
